Basic Truck Service
With the Basic Truck Package you let us know how many quests you would like to have served and the timeline you want us serving. Let us know which menu items you’d like served and leave the rest to us!
We can bring the truck to your office, in front of your home or just about anywhere you may want to hold your event.
Intermediate Truck Service
With the Intermediate Truck Service you will also be letting us know how many quests and a timeline, however with this package we will be bringing your selections out in waves and filling chaffing dishes, platters, etc. with your selections per your timeline
Advanced Truck Service
With the Advanced Truck Package we will have a conversation about more upscale menu options like our steak, chicken picatta, shrimp scampi, etc. and which sides you’d like. This package has been used at weddings and similar events with a buffet style setup that allow your guests to serve themselves with whichever menu item they choose.
Family Style Service
With the Family Style option you let us know which items you want and how many you want to have served. We will package the items up and deliver them to you hot and ready to serve.
Note that most of our everyday entree items can be served family style and we have additional selections on the Menu page under Family Style
Serving 25 to 50 - $17 per entree (add $1 per beverage , add $4-$6 per side)
Serving 51-100 - $16 per entree (add $1 per beverage , add $3 - $5 per side)
Serving 101 to 150 - $15 per entree (add $1 per beverage , add $3 - $5 per side)
Serving 151 to 200+ - $13 per entree (add $1 per beverage, add $3 - $5 per side)
